Since 1992, Paris

The story began with the meeting of designer Francis Gelb and Pascale. Born into a family of goldsmiths, Francis has a deep understanding of objects. In 1993, he designed a knife that became the first “Sabre” collection, marking the start of the brand’s journey.

In their Paris apartment, the two began redefining cutlery, bringing colour, personality, and a sense of freedom to everyday dining.
