Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving your item(s).
  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and proof of purchase included.
  • Return or exchange postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose:
    • a refund to your original payment method, or
    • store credit for the value of the item(s), excluding original shipping costs.
  • If you select store credit, a voucher will be emailed to the address used for your order.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any bank fees charged during cash refunds.

Exclusions

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • sale or clearance items
    • custom or special-order items

Store Credit

  • Store credit has no expiry date.
  • It can be used online only.
  • Orders using store credit can be placed directly through our website.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We will arrange a return and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the situation.
There will be no cost to you for returns in these cases.

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
  • We accept Visa and Mastercard through our website.
  • For bank transfers, please contact us directly. Processing times may vary due to weekends and public holidays.
