Terms for Non-Furniture Items
* Returns are accepted only if you contact us within 7 working days of receiving your item(s).
* We recommend using a tracked service when returning items by post, as postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
* Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and proof of purchase included.
* Once the return is received and inspected, you may choose between receiving a cash refund to your original payment method or a store credit for the value of the original purchase minus shipping charges.
* If you opt for a store credit, a voucher will be sent to the email address used when placing the order. Please note that we are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank for cash refunds.
Terms for Furniture
* Returns for furniture items must also be requested within 7 working days of delivery.
* The furniture must be in new, unused condition, disassembled, and repackaged in the original packaging for collection.
* Once we receive the return, you may choose between a cash refund or store credit for the value of the original purchase, excluding the initial shipping charge and any collection fees.
Exclusions
* We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale/clearance items, floor stock furniture, or custom orders.
Store Credit
* Our store credit has no expiry date and can be used online or in-store.
* Orders using store credit can be placed via phone or email.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the product to be returned and provide a repair, replacement, or full refund. There will be no charge for returns in this case.
Payment
* Orders are finalized once full payment is received. We accept Visa, Mastercard through our website.
* For bank transfers, please contact us directly. Note that processing times may vary depending on weekends and public holidays.
Accuracy
We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate, but slight variances in color and finishes may occur. Devices may also display colors differently. If you have concerns about this, please reach out before placing an order.
