Handmade Shigaraki Flower Vase
This Shigaraki pottery vase draws its inspiration from the organic form of naturally growing branches, with bold, powerful lines that appear to emerge from the earth itself. The irregular opening and gracefully tilted silhouette offer endless possibilities for floral arrangements.
The warm, unique tones of each Vase come from Shigaraki ware's signature "hi-iro" (fire color) technique: iron-rich clay fired at approximately 1300°C naturally produces these captivating, earthy hues.
As each piece is individually handmade, every vase is unique with slight variations in colour, texture, and form.
