Japanese Ceramic Far-Infrared Grill Mess
This ceramic grill uses far-infrared heat released from the ceramic plate to create a charcoal-like grilling effect on a standard gas stove, crispy on the outside, juicy inside. Suitable for everyday kitchen use.
How to use: Preheat thoroughly before first and every use. Place the ceramic side down over a gas flame and heat on low for 1–2 minutes before cooking to reduce sticking. For gas stoves only.
Suitable for: toast, mochi, broccoli, capsicum, fish, small whole fish, and shellfish (clams, oysters). Not recommended for fatty meats as cleaning becomes difficult.
Care & maintenance: After use, rinse and heat again to dry completely. Do not soak, use a dishwasher, or scrub with steel wool, as this may damage the ceramic coating and shorten its lifespan. Fine cracks or burn marks after first use are normal and do not affect performance.
The ceramic coating may naturally warp over time with heat exposure, which is normal wear and does not affect performance. Avoid using steel wool, knives, or other hard tools on the ceramic surface. Not dishwasher safe, as this may cause the coating to deteriorate. Do not soak in water for long periods or store while wet, as this may lead to rust or coating damage. Always dry thoroughly after use according to the instructions.
