- Hand wash both sides after each use, wipe dry, and air dry upright - Avoid dishwashers, direct sunlight, and heater/AC airflow - Occasionally dampen both sides to prevent cracking - Rub olive oil or linseed oil on the edges from time to time - If warping occurs, place a damp cloth on the concave side overnight, then dry in the shade
