Japanese Double-Edged Slicer

Slice on the push. Slice on the pull.

Angled, double-edged blades cut thin 1–1.2 mm slices in both directions, with little resistance and less clogging. 

Rest it horizontally across a bowl around 20 cm in diameter, or angle it to fit a wider range of bowls and containers. The front support wire and contoured handle help keep it steady, while finger grooves provide a comfortable, secure grip.

Made from stainless steel, it is rust-resistant, easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

The blades are sharp. Handle with care to avoid cuts.
