Japanese Handleless Tea Cup
A handcrafted Japanese tea cup (yunomi) from Marumitsu Poterie in Seto, Japan. The soft white kohiki finish has a gently textured, earthy feel, with brushed marks that give each cup its own character. The simple white glaze beautifully complements the colour of green tea.
At 260ml, it’s a comfortable size for green tea, hojicha, black tea or herbal tea. It’s also lovely for water or a small cold drink, and pairs naturally with sweets or a biscuit at tea time. A set of two or more makes a thoughtful housewarming or wedding gift.
Microwave safe. Not oven safe or dishwasher safe. Hand wash with a soft sponge and dry thoroughly before storing.
