DETAILS

From the same brand and made from the same iron as our best-selling Omelette Pan, we often use it for frying eggs and everyday cooking. We loved the material so much that we had to bring in this larger, more versatile Japanese frying pan — deep enough to braise and wide enough to sear, perfect for everything from stir-fries to slow cooking.

Its signature “Magma Plate” surface features a fine concave and convex texture that increases the surface area, helping absorb and transfer heat quickly and evenly. The durable 1.6mm iron construction is built for high-heat cooking and years of everyday use. With regular seasoning and care, the surface develops a naturally easy-release finish that gets better over time.

Made in Japan by Takumi Japan. Compatible with gas, induction, radiant, halogen and plate heaters. Not suitable for microwave or oven use.
