Made in Tsubame-Sanjo, it features a 3-ply stainless steel construction for even heat distribution, with a wooden handle and fitted lid for gentle cooking. Works on induction, gas, and electric alike, it’s sized for a generous single serving and can also be used for katsudon, gyudon and tamagodon.
