Designed for finely grating cheese over pasta, zesting citrus, and shredding vegetables such as carrots, daikon, and zucchini into fine strands.

The angled grating surface is set into a solid wood body with an easy-grip handle. Simple and practical in design, it can be used handheld over a bowl or placed flat on the countertop for stable use.
