We usually pair it with the Sori Yanagi stainless steel tongs for everyday use, while these Todai chopstick-style tongs are designed for more delicate tasks. They are perfect for plating, adjusting the position of ingredients, picking up thin slices of meat, or handling fragile foods that tend to break apart. The tips are slim with a slight curve, and feature fine serrations on the inside for added grip, making it easy to securely hold even stacked slices of ham or slippery ingredients.
