What makes this spatula special is its thinness.

Made by Japanese artisans from a 1 mm sheet of stainless steel, it is carefully ground down to about half its original thickness. A small change in form, but a very different experience in use.

The thin yet flexible blade slides easily under food and lifts it with steady control.

It slips under eggs without breaking the yolk, keeps pancakes intact, lifts fish fillets cleanly, and plates delicate desserts without losing their shape.
