Hinoki Cypress Trivet
Bring a little Japanese craftsmanship into your kitchen. This trivet is handcrafted in Kochi, Japan by TOSARYU using offcuts of Shimanto Hinoki (Japanese cypress) — so nothing goes to waste, and every piece carries that signature warm, woody scent.
The open lattice design lets heat escape easily, so it's safe to use straight from the stovetop or oven. Simple, sturdy, and surprisingly beautiful on the bench.
-Placing items made of materials that retain heat well (materials that do not cool down easily), such as stone bowls or cast iron frying pans , may cause the trivet to scorch . -When placing a pot or kettle on the trivet whose bottom size is larger than the trivet size, please use it carefully to prevent the pot from tilting.
