The Sabre Butter Spreader is one of those small pieces that quietly elevates the table. Perfect for antipasto platters, weekend brunches, or simple evening bites, it brings a subtle French charm without feeling formal.

With its smooth, non-serrated blade, it’s made for spreading, butter, tapenades, pâté, dips or hummus, effortlessly and neatly. Pair it with a Sabre cheese knife or let it stand on its own; either way, it adds a considered detail to your table setting.

Measuring approximately 14cm, each spreader is crafted in Paris by Sabre using 18/10 stainless steel and finished with handmade, BPA-free acrylic handles and signature stainless steel rivets.

Dishwasher safe at 113 °F (45°C) maximum
Not suitable for microwave oven
Suitable for food contact

The Bistrot collection is dishwasher safe at 45° maximum. Remember to open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. When washing by hand, we recommend that you do not use abrasive sponges.
If small rings appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
For cutlery with light-coloured handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that stain (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).
