Paulownia wood is a natural gift for the kitchen. We’ve been using one of our own every day for the past four years. Its natural properties help regulate humidity, deter insects, and allow airflow, making it ideal for storing flour, oats, beans, grains, pasta, coffee beans, nuts, and other dry goods naturally, no chemicals or coatings needed.

Each box is handcrafted with traditional joinery, without nails or screws. The transparent acrylic lid shows the contents at a glance, and the magnetic measuring cup on the underside of the lid makes scooping and measuring easy. The boxes are stackable, saving counter and storage space.

Since 1929, Masuda Paulownia Wood Boxes have been handmade by skilled artisans in Fukuoka, Japan, dedicated to protecting your dry goods naturally.
