The Santoku, meaning “three virtues” in Japanese, easily handles fish, meat, and vegetables. Its flatter blade belly makes it ideal for up-and-down chopping motions.

This versatile Japanese kitchen knife combines sharpness, durability, and a comfortable grip. The blade features a VG10 steel core clad in stainless steel for long-lasting sharpness, with a Rockwell hardness of 60, and a reinforced Eco wood handle that is water-resistant and comfortable to hold.
